Rode through a bucket of rain and wind that could kill to discover that the last of the 3 short ferries I have had to take today has been cancelled due to the wind. Ironically this ferry terminal being the most remote of the 3 .
So this will be my accommodation tonight.
The ferry terminal warming hut. At least it’s dry but with no power sockets and in order to preserve battery for the ride tomorrow will update more pictures tomorrow .
Oh ok just the one then. Because of its significance . That little land based structure I am pointing to denotes latitude 66.33 .... also known as the Arctic Circle. Crossed that line on a ferry heading north today.
